Job Summary and Responsibilities
Are you a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist committed to optimizing patient outcomes Join our collaborative fast-paced environment!
Youll deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services making a direct patient impact collaborating across disciplines and guiding future pharmacy professionals.
You will:
- Clinical Documentation:Document activities and interventions (consults patient teachings).
- Order Verification & Dispensing:Interpret verify enter label and dispense medications accurately and timely.
- Quality Assurance:Rigorously verify/check medications prepared by other pharmacy personnel.
- Expert Drug Information:Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals.
- Problem Resolution:Resolve drug-related problems by consulting with healthcare providers; clarify orders and assist in drug selection/therapeutic regimens.
- Clinical Services:Provide basic clinical services for all age groups as required by policy.
- System & Team Management:Maintain knowledge of automated systems; provide direction/guidance to technicians.
- Education & Mentorship:Participate in training/mentoring pharmacy students interns technicians residents and other professionals. (May serve as Residency Program Director/Coordinator.)
- Compliance & Ongoing Education:Adhere to regulatory requirements; complete mandatory system/department education.
- Patient Counseling:Provide comprehensive patient counseling and drug information.
Schedule: Evenings

Job Requirements
What Youll Bring:
- Profound Pharmaceutical Knowledge:Strong grasp of pharmacy services practice concepts laws and regulations.
- Exceptional Clinical Judgment:Ability to assess complex medication profiles and make critical decisions.
- Superior Communication & Leadership:Effectively consult teach and collaborate; guide and mentor.
- Required Education:Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Required Licensure & Certifications:Oregon Pharmacist License BLS-CPR.
- Preferred:ACLS.
