Job Summary
26W 7ON/7OFF 1YR/1ST TIMERS OK - Pharmacist - Req 9690 Will position float between units: No Is on-call required Yes On call during 7 day on shift rotation Are weekends required Yes Every other weekend Are block schedules required No What are expected ratios N/A Special requirements: Pharmacist will staff 7 days on and 7 days off - Wednesday thru Tuesday - Pharmacy Hours areTake call for orders needing verification after hours on days on - callback pays minimum 1 hour plus standby pay of 2.00/hr. (Call can be negotiated) Are 48 hours approved: No Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Total Staff Beds: 61 Scrub Color: All RN- Navy Parking Cost: Free in any unrestricted space
