How youll contribute

Were looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to play a key role in coordinating and delivering highquality pharmaceutical care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments exercises strong critical thinking and works confidently with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage drug therapy protocols
Review interpret and evaluate medication orders to prevent or resolve drugrelated issues
Provide drug information and education to physicians healthcare staff patients and pharmacy students
Document clinical interventions to support ongoing quality improvement
Ensure medication orders are accurate and complete prior to entry
Verify final medication preparation for accuracy after technician filling

What were looking for

Education: Bachelors Degree Required; Doctoral Degree Preferred
Licenses: Pharmacy License in the state of Arkansas
Must live 30 minutes from the facility to accommodate call back requirements
