Job Description
Job Duties
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information
- Enters and tracks data accurately into our software system in coordination with GPS Insight
- Prepares reviews and sends customer invoices and statements
- Resolves account and payment discrepancies by investigating documentation and calling clients as needed
- Maintains AR reports spreadsheets and corporate files
- Contributes to team effort by assisting coworkers and corporate personnel as needed
- Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls
- Performs filing and copying
- Assists corporate financial officers as needed
- Performs other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year AP/AR experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Word Outlook
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
