Job Description
Join Our Accounting & Finance Team
Were looking for an ambitious Accounting Associate to work on a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries with a strong focus on financial services.
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist in preparing management accounts and financial statements.

Support clients with monthly payroll runs.

Prepare and file VAT returns.

Assist in the preparation of corporate tax returns.

Liaise with clients to ensure proper company management and compliance.

Ensure deadlines are met for statutory filings.

Communicate with auditors and banks as required.
What Were Looking For
Experience in the field is an asset but not essential. The ideal candidate is:

Fluent in English (Maltese considered an advantage).

Recently qualified or currently studying towards an accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent).

Proficient with Microsoft applications.

Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and meet agreed timelines.
