Operator
Ameristar Perimeter Security USA an ASSA ABLOY branded company is looking for an Operator. This position willsupport Powder Coating Line by inspecting processes equipment and accounting for production and quality of production. This will be a third shift position Sunday - Thursday 5:30pm - 4:00am.
Expectations:
- Actively participates in departmental meetings.
- Provides accurate planning and reporting of daily production issues or downtime.
- Demonstrate ability to provide product and services of exceptional quality.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
- Two - Three years of experience in a position of similar responsibility in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes product designs safety quality and workflow needs.
Other:
- Strong documentation skills reporting skills and computer skills.
- Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to be a contributing and collaborative team member.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean safe organized material storage areas.
- Maintain equipment by planning and carrying out PMs as prescribed by documented procedure and by creating documented procedure for PMs wherever needed.
- Produce product of exceptional quality by implementing QA approach to meeting company production objectives.
- Monitor Controls PLC making sure load bars stay in sync.
- Plan daily tasks geared toward evening PMs.
- Work with department Supervisor on scheduling the line down for routine maintenance.
- Turn in daily downtime information.
- Review materials needs daily and notify Supervisor of materials needed.
- Report any safety violations or concerns to the Production Supervisor.
This role is located in Tulsa OK.
