The Colleague Experience Group (formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague experience every day. Our mission is to obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best. Within CEG the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services capabilities data and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The organization builds and operates products and services to enable CEG and the business. This position will be part of the Colleague Services function within is a brand new high-visibility position and offers a unique opportunity to re-design and build effective business processes from the ground up playing a pivotal role in shaping our strong risk management culture and defining our strategy and compliance efforts for CEG globally. As part of this role this Director will shape and manage key components of the multi-year plan to strengthen risk management capabilities and controls within CEG. This individual will work in close partnership with key CEG senior leaders Control Management and the CEG First Line process owners to drive process excellence and project management direction and serve as the CEG point of contact and subject matter expert for expanded operational and regulatory requirements.
