Sales Account Executive
As an Account Executive with Western Financial Group you will be provided warm leads to close. This is an in-office work opportunity with paid licensing and training.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Conduct sales calls for new online leads provided to you by the business
- Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
- Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
- Continuous self-development through industry and community involvement and industry related courses.
The value you bring
- General Level 1 License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset if unlicensed we would train the right candidate and Level 1 License would need to be obtained within three months
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
- The ability to communicate professionally in person over the phone and through email
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
Hours: 37.5 / week
Location: Winnipeg MB
Compensation: Base Salary New Business Commission
