Raytheon is seeking a Radar Integration Lead who will provide technical leadership through the hardware and software integration of a complex radar system in Moorestown NJ. The Radar Integration Lead will be expected to implement the integration and test strategy leading a multi-disciplined team at a land-based test site through integration and test activities while working to program schedule. The Radar Integration Lead will interface with the engineering and program management team implement best practices provide mentoring and guidance to the team and identify lessons learned to drive improvements to the integration process and schedule.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement day-to-day integration and test plans based on program milestones.
- Lead successful technical execution of complex integration and test events.
- Lead the investigation and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
- Work directly with local site lead and interface with both Engineering and Program Leadership.
- Interface with customer and other external stakeholders on technical progress and status.
- Mentor and train on-site engineers across multiple shifts.
- This role will require extended hours and off-shift support.
- Travel possibly can exceed 50% (primary location). Work will be performed at CSEDS land-based test site in Moorestown NJ.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires Bachelors in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience with integration system radar and/or test.
- Experience with a test facility shipyard and/or lab.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior experience working at a remote test site.
- Experience in MATLAB.
- Experience working in an industrial environment or shipyard.
- Familiarity with UNIX and the ability to work in UNIX-based environments.
- Experience working with the US Navy customer.
- Subject Matter Expert in Systems Integration Verification and/or Validation
- Masters degree in engineering Computer Science Math Applied Physics or Systems Engineering

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
