Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of roles. This individual will play a key role in identifying top talent enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Working closely with hiring managers the Recruiter will serve as a strategic partner in aligning talent acquisition strategies with departmental hiring needs. Ideal candidates are organized deadline-driven and passionate about creating a seamless recruitment process that supports company growth and culture.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles including sourcing resume screening initial interviews reference checks and offer coordination.
  • Create post and maintain job openings across multiple platforms ensuring accuracy and alignment with role requirements.
  • Strengthen employer brand visibility through strategic job postings networking and outreach initiatives.
  • Actively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and other job boards while building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications team needs and candidate success profiles.
  • Coordinate feedback and next steps post-interviews ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process to support a positive experience.
  • Support onboarding processes including background checks orientation scheduling preparation of documentation and related administrative tasks.
  • Represent the organization at college career fairs and external recruitment events to attract emerging talent.
  • Perform additional HR or recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.
  • 13 years of experience managing all stages of the recruitment lifecycle is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results.
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies or platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

In accordance with Illinois pay transparency requirements we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $55000 to $60000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
