Performance Collision Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our state-of-the-art collision center in Pompano Beach. Were a family-owned Body Shop committed to excellence in customer service and quality repairs.
Position: Body Shop Estimator
Location: Performance Collision Center Pompano Beach FL
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as an estimator in a body shop environment
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate damage estimates using CCC One or similar estimating software
Communicate with customers insurance adjusters and internal teams
Review and update repair orders throughout the repair process
Ensure compliance with DRP guidelines and cycle time expectations
Coordinate parts ordering and supplement approvals
Maintain strong CSI by keeping customers informed and satisfied
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a body shop estimator (required)
Proficiency in estimating platforms such as CCC One
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of insurance procedures and DRP compliance
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
