What Youll Do
Ready to Lead Innovate and Elevate As General Manager MAX youll take the reins of one of our largest and most dynamic portfolios leading the charge across our three integrated product/service lines Integrity Services Data & Insights and Technical Services.

Set the strategic direction for all MAX channels aligned to Tabcorps big-picture goals.
Drive innovation and unlock growth opportunities by turning data and insights into action.
Build and execute a powerful MAX strategy that connects products people and performance.
Lead complex commercial negotiations and secure partnerships that fuel our future.
Elevate the customer experience through smart product development and continuous improvement.
Own the numbers from capital planning to budgeting and financial performance.
What You Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Business Finance or a related field.
Proven success leading large scale multi-channel highly regulated businesses.
A sharp commercial mind and strong financial acumen.
Experience navigating regulated markets and understanding jurisdictional complexity.
A bold collaborative leadership style that inspires teams and drives results.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills youre confident at every table from the boardroom to the venue floor.
