Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance with a focus on diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. This role involves working with various types of machinery and equipment ensuring they operate smoothly and knowledge required (some but not all) Waukesha Caterpillar Cooper slow speed or ariel engines and field repairsService maintain and test engine to do a complete in frame overhaul and complete rebuilds.(Not always necessary )Diesel Engine or pump repairs a good Housekeeping and safe work Speed WorkMust have a good basic understanding of internal combustion engines. Preferably natural gas engines.A good understanding of ignition and control systems is a able to effectively use Micrometers for measuring clearances and able to work with a team safely and efficiently around large heavy engine and compressor willing to work away from home for sometimes weeks at a able to work as directed and follow the instructions of a lead Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hourSchedule: 14/14
