As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be a part of Arvato Systems Latvia HR team that focuses on continuous development and engagement of our employees and takes care of excellent environment and team spirit. You will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent across various departments. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we continue to bring in individuals who align with our values and drive our success.
Preparation of job advertisements in internal recruitment system as well as job portals and in-company board.
Source passive and active candidates through job boards social media referrals.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and evaluate applicants based on qualifications and cultural fit.
Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill cost-per-hire source of hire).
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements team dynamics and business objectives.
University degree and/or relevant experience.
At least 2 years of previous experience in talent acquisition recruiting or similar role (preferably in the field of Information Technology).
Excellent English language skills German language skills will be considered as advantage: Required for communication across our international locations and with job candidates.
High sense of responsibility and excellent skills in task organization.
Monthly gross salary from 1800 to 2500 EUR depending on your level of expertise.
