Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Telecaller to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role involves engaging with potential clients through effective cold calling and customer engagement techniques to drive sales and business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software to maintain and update client databases and interactions efficiently.
- Sound knowledge of telecommunication systems to perform outbound and inbound calls effectively.
- Experience in lead generation to identify and convert potential prospects into clients.
- Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Adept at cold calling techniques (Mandatory skill) to initiate contact with potential clients and set meetings or sales opportunities.
- Customer engagement skills (Mandatory skill) to build strong relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Data entry accuracy (Mandatory skill) to ensure precise management of customer information and transaction details.
