Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Emergency Response Services (ERS) encompasses emergency medical services (EMS) and patient transport (PT) system navigation and consultation support and disaster/continuity management in collaboration with partner service delivery organizations (SDOs) law enforcement and community agencies. ERS plans directly delivers and partners with municipal-based and contracted services to provide consistent high-quality emergency medical services patient transport and associated dispatch coordination and communications functions throughout Manitoba providing pre-hospital and inter-hospital care to Manitobans who are sick or injured 24/7/365.
