You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMaterial Supply and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to process the ordering and shipment of construction tools equipment and Consumables to our customers. The ideal candidate is customer service drive is very organized and has the ability to adapt to a changing workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy cleanliness and efficiency. This position involves working 10 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
Location: 3150 Rideau Road
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to speak clearly on the phone while writing and entering order requests
Processing orders through a computerized inventory management system
High accuracy of detail needed daily to ensure customer receives ordered items on time at the specific location
Providing excellent customer service to customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced team orientated working environment
Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once
REQUIREMENTS:
Working 10 hours per day 5 days per week
Excellent communication skills oral and written
Knowledge of computer databases Microsoft products and experience with SharePoint would be an asset
Positive and respectful attitude
Attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
2-3 years of rental or construction experience preferred
Knowledge of construction tools is preferred
There is no public transit available you will need to have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work.
