This position is in Cargills agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain partnering with farmers and customers to source make and deliver essential products.
The Customer Service Representative will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns including processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate or bachelors degree in a related field (agriculture) or equivalent experience
Strong customer service skills with ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Ability to work extended or flexible hours as require.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in a business setting. Other combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Understanding of agriculture practices and challenges
Knowledge of SAP
