As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the dealership ensuring exceptional customer and team member interactions and the effective execution of our proven sales process. Your primary focus will be to drive the dealership to exceed volume and profitability targets. Core Responsibilities of a Sales Manager Provide overall management of the dealership encompassing all customer and team member interactions and the execution of the sales process. Ensure the dealership consistently achieves its volume and profitability targets. Lead and develop the sales team and process actively identifying and nurturing future sales leaders while coaching the current team for success. Ensure all team members adhere to our documented and successful sales process with the highest levels of integrity and accountability. Deliver exceptional service throughout the guest experience including world-class vehicle deliveries reinforcing our commitment to being a customer-obsessed brand. Manage and utilize our various technology tools including our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to drive data-driven decision-making within the dealership. Maintain high standards for lot display presentation and merchandising to create an inviting and appealing environment. Oversee Finance Office Management ensuring adherence to a process that provides guests with comprehensive credit and asset protection options in a 5-star service setting. Build and maintain strong relationships fostering excellent teamwork and a culture of failing forward to encourage growth and innovation. Be driven to achieve what others might consider unreasonable goals. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry or a related field. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach mentor and develop sales teams. Excellent understanding of sales processes and best practices. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in utilizing CRM and other technology tools to manage sales activities and track performance. Exceptional communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. High levels of integrity and accountability. A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges.
