Job Summary
As the Customer Service Representative you will deliver exceptional customer support and ensure smooth order and logistics operations. Based in Dallas Texas youll be an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative Customer Service team for DKSH North America.
General Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing including entry fulfillment and invoicing
- Verify pricing and purchase order details resolving any discrepancies with customers
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics to ensure accurate and timely shipments
- Handle customer communications updates on delivery timelines and route inquiries internally
- Maintain service excellence by reviewing system reports and collaborating with internal and external partners
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers vendors and sales teams
- Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
