HR GENERALIST BI-LINGUAL- (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
Frozen food manufacturer located in Tappan Rockland County NY seeks immediately a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist with a minimum three (3) years similar work experience to provide support to the HR department by interpreting policies procedures and processes. In addition the HR Generalist will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruiting and employment safety and training. Conducts/Assist with On-Boarding and Spanish/English translation. Maintains various monthly/quarterly reports to support the business objectives designed to minimize legal exposure enhance productivity performance management and achieve maximum retention of human capital.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
PHYSICAL & LANGUAGE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION WITH OR WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMODATION:
Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish required). Ability to read analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to compose grammatically correct emails. Ability to effectively present information to large crowds as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Pay range $28 - $30/hr. (depending on experience level) benefits.
