About the Role:
We are seeking a Bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Producer to engage with a diverse client base in Tempe. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to support clients and grow business.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships and communicate with clients in person by phone and online using both English and Spanish.
Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage such as auto home and renters insurance.
Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
Educate clients on policies coverage options and renewals.
Maintain accurate sales and client records.
Collaborate with a supportive sales team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Personal Lines Insurance License (Personal Lines Property & Casualty License).
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal or commercial insurance sales preferred.
Strong sales customer service and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable with technology.
Availability to work Saturdays.
