Job Description

Overview

A leading manufacturer and distributor of home and environmental appliances is seeking an experienced HR/GA Team Manager to lead its human resources operations and general affairs functions. This role will play a critical part in shaping HR strategy ensuring legal compliance and creating a structured and employee-centered workplace.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in HR systems planning compensation structures labor law compliance and team leadership within a fast-paced business environment.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and compensation systems
  • Manage all core HR functions including recruitment payroll benefits administration onboarding and performance management
  • Oversee legal compliance with local state and federal labor laws including regular review of HR practices and documentation
  • Resolve employee relations issues and implement programs that foster a positive engaged workplace culture
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to manage risk and maintain compliant employment practices
  • Oversee internal regulations employee contracts audit-related documentation and HR reporting
  • Refine systems for employee evaluations promotions and performance-based rewards
  • Supervise HR administrative functions including payments contract handling and records management
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to HR team members to promote professional development
  • Support cross-functional administrative duties as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience including HR systems planning and compensation strategy
  • In-depth understanding of U.S. labor and employment law HR compliance and risk management
  • Proven ability to develop and lead HR policies employee relations programs and HR operations
  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (Required)
  • Legal certification or specialized training in employment law (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80000 per year (commensurate with experience)
  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (On-site Monday Friday)
