As a Business Development Representative (f/m/d) you will play a key role in Apaleos growth by managing inbound leads qualifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities. Your role will involve working with partners handling a high volume of inbound leads and leveraging outbound efforts as needed. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers assessing their needs and ensuring a seamless transition to Account Executives. This is a highly dynamic role where questioning listening and adaptability are key to success.

What Youll Be Up To:

  • Own and manage inbound leads ensuring quick response times and effective qualification.
  • Work closely with partners to source additional leads and maximize new opportunities.
  • Leverage outbound prospecting when necessary via calls emails and social media.
  • Assess potential customers needs applying sales methodologies to qualify or disqualify leads.
  • Engage decision-makers in the hospitality industry to introduce Apaleos value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Zoom and .

What Youll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales lead generation or hospitality technology (Hotel background is a strong plus).
  • Fluent in German or French.
  • A finance- and commercially-driven mindset able to navigate complex sales conversations.
  • Strong questioning and listening skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone networking and engaging decision-makers.
  • Resilient adaptable and comfortable in an evolving sales environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset eager to learn and progress into a Business Development Lead role.
