Catering Assistant
$24.99 25% casual loading
Rockhampton Base Hospital QLD
- Monday to Sunday shifts

We can take care of everything from your tea room to the boardroom as well as creating customized workplace eateries you can call your own. Were also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices distribution centers and manufacturing facilities.
THE POSITION
- Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
- Utilise your solid understanding of coffee brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
- Provision of excellent customer service tointernal and external clients
- Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
- Cleaning duties in kitchen and service areas
THE PERSON
- Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
- Talent and drive to work under pressure unsupervised and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Passion for understanding WHS Food Safety & HACCP regulations
