Job Summary
The Account Receivable Executive will play a key role in supporting our finance operations across Malaysia and Australia. This position is perfect for fresh graduates eager to build a foundation in finance with hands-on experience in payment collection customer communication and dispute reconciliation. Youll be part of a regional team using tools like SAP and AS400 while sharpening your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced real-world environment.
Responsibility
Run Aging on a daily basis.
Follow up collection with customers by email and call.
Provide updated collection reports daily to stakeholders.
Support multiple countries for collection matters.
Perform reconciliation for dispute items.
Liaise with the vendor for any cheque collection matters.
Perform collection updated in BPCS(AS400) system & SAP.
Manage ad-hoc reports as required by superior.
Requirements
Degree in accounting finance or relevant field
English required
Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
