Were looking for a talented part-time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team!

Waterton Residential is currently seeking an energetic professional personable and customer service oriented Resident Services Coordinator! As Resident Services Coordinator you willrespond to resident inquiries and concerns andprovide community information to residents. You willconduct move-in orientation to new residentsand follow up with residents following service completed in their home to ensure satisfaction. Above all you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

What our ideal candidate will look like:

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• 1 years experience in a customer service role
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Strong problem solving skills
• Valid drivers license may be required
• Evenings weekends and/or holidays may be required

Typical Base Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus bonus program participation

This pay range is base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience certifications education and other job related factors.
