24 vacation 15 holidays and 12 illness days.Under general direction configures maintains monitors and tests the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application environment setup; ensures the environment is equipped to support agencies transition to new applications being implemented and operates according to business needs; and supports ongoing upgrades and enhancements to the platform.
The Well Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following
Knowledge:- ERP application environment setup and configuration
- Java Virtual Machine Java Application Javascript Oracle and SQL Database Power BI Business Object and Power BI Reports
- Query Tools such as Oracle PL/SQL Developer
- Methods used in database management to organize access test and assess data
- Reading writing and troubleshooting Java code
- Bash and Microsoft PowerShell scripting
- Oracle PL SQL
- Middleware platforms such as JBoss Oracle Middleware
- Critical Thinking Analytically and logically evaluating information propositions and claims
- Professional & Technical Expertise Applying technical subject matter to the job
- Action & Results Focus Initiating tasks and focusing on accomplishment
- Attention to Detail Focusing on the details of work content work steps and final work products
- Oral Communication Engaging effectively in dialogue
- Writing Communicating effectively in writing
- Customer Focus Attending to the needs and expectation of customers
- Teamwork Collaborating with others to achieve shared goals
- Leveraging Technology Applying technology for improvements in organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Project Management Ensuring that projects are on-time on-budget and achieve their objectives

Experience:Four years of experience testing troubleshooting and supporting ERP applications in one or more of the following functional areas: payroll human resources/human capital and/or finance.
Additional Requirements:Experience with system upgrades applying patches and resolving issues related to updates is preferred. A valid California drivers license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to obtain transportation between job sites may be required.
Hybrid remote schedules may be available. To ensure the health and safety of its staff LACOE may require employees to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
Selection ProcessCandidates who meet the minimum requirements above will be invited to participate in an examination that may consist of a Performance Exam and Interview.
