Position Summary

Temporary Administrative Support (Part-Time 46 Weeks)
AccuWeather is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant to support two strategic projects over the next 4 to 6 weeks. This part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives across our Network and Publishing divisions.

The role will be split evenly between two key focus areas:

  • Data Partnership Evaluation Assist in managing outreach scheduling partner meetings and coordinating legal agreements using tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel.

  • Publisher Strategy Documentation Support client strategy development by reviewing service agreements scheduling Zoom meetings and preparing meeting materials in Microsoft Word.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Office tools and the ability to manage schedules and documentation with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Project 1: Data Partnership Evaluation Network and TV Systems (5 hours/week)
Support outreach and evaluation efforts related to new data partnerships for our Network and digital platforms.
Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking outreach progress and partner status in Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Coordinating and scheduling Zoom meetings with prospective partners

  • Assisting with legal documentation including NDAs and agreements in collaboration with our legal team

Required Skills: Dynamics 365 Zoom Scheduling Microsoft Excel

Project 2: Publisher Strategy Documentation Publishing Group Strategy (5 hours/week)
Support strategic development for our top 12 newspaper publishing clients.
Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and summarizing service agreements in Microsoft Word

  • Scheduling Zoom meetings with publishing clients to explore new upsell opportunities

  • Preparing agendas distributing materials and capturing key takeaways

Required Skills: Microsoft Word Zoom Scheduling
