Job Description
Formulary Consultant/Pharmacist Full-Time

Schedule/Shifts: Full-Time M-F 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
Location: This is a remote position supporting pharmacy locations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul MN areas.
Pay rate:Up to $90 per hour depending on experience!
*This is a temporary assignment expected to last until the end of January 2026.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the creating and manipulation or formulary files at the NDC level (National Drug Code).
- Manage and analyze large data sets related to pharmaceutical products using Microsoft Excel.
- Consolidate and transfer data across multiple spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize pivot tables and advanced Excel functions to organize summarize and interpret data.
- Identify and remove duplicate entries to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Support regulations for Medicare/Medicaid.
- Work with a team of 3 other pharmacists to manage data remotely.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in the state of MN as a Registered Pharmacist.
- Must have advanced Excel spreadsheet skills and have experience utilizing pivot tables formulas transferring data and managing large files of data.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.
- Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.
- Must have a reliable workspace at home with reliable internet (computer/necessary hardware will be provided).
