What Youll Be Doing (Dont worry well teach you!)
- Screening CVs and candidate profiles
- Helping us attract and source new candidates
- Posting job ads and creating social media content
- Conducting short phone interviews
- Assisting recruiters through the entire recruitment process
- Supporting reporting and other recruitment admin tasks
What Were Looking For
- No experience needed just your motivation and willingness to learn!
- Strong interest in recruitment HR or communications
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Great communication skills and a people-first mindset
