Job Description

Program Integrator Senior Manager (Level L)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Program Integrator Senior Manager (Level L) to join our BCA Fabrication Business Operations team in Renton WA.

Boeing Commercial Airlines Fabrication Division is looking to hire an Integration leader as the direct Fabrication Division interface within the Airplane Program. This individual will manage small staff team directly and integrate with Functions across Fabrication Division and the Program to provide a forward-looking integrated view and implement plans to mitigate risks and uncover and address potential issues. Further this individual can expect to develop and execute integrated program plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives principally focused on the overall value chain of the project or program. It will be essential to not only foster relationships between the Programs and the Fabrication Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs) but also to provide oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes. This Program Integrator role is responsible for 737 program.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees from multiple skill areas performing activities within Define and/or Produce organizations.
  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives principally focused on the overall value chain of the project or program.
  • Acquires resources for department activities provides technical and operational management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
  • Manages develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3 years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 years of experience in Project Management (ability to prioritize/coordinator and track multiple issues simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • 3 years of experience leading or managing cross-functional teams
  • 1 years of experience developing and leading business strategy
