Hanover Park IL - Customer Channels Group

Join a team where your contribution truly matters. You will help deliver various types of products from life-saving personal protective equipment to microscopes for high school biology classrooms. You will be on the front lines of helping science make the world healthier cleaner and safer.

How Will You Make an Impact:

In the Sr. Inventory Coordinator role you will thrive in a dynamic environment where each day brings new opportunities for job satisfaction. Ensure our customers needs are met with precision and efficiency by performing various inventory duties such as product and supply cycle counts inventory reconciliations inventory report generation and inventory consolidations.

A Day in the Life:

  • Perform physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to SAP while ensuring inventory and transactional accuracy.
  • Identify problem-solve and reconcile inventory discrepancies as they arise assisting with root cause determinations and countermeasure analysis of cycle count adjustments.
  • Accurately adjust inventory for discrepancies and damaged materials in compliance with standard operating procedures.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution warehouse or supply chain or related field. Regular reliable and predictable attendance is vital.
  • Able to acquire forklift certification and prior experience operating a powered industrial truck preferably a cherry picker.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial along with the ability to read and understand English to follow SOPs and policies

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Experienced in several different warehouse departments/functions.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking stooping bending and reaching) required.
  • Ability to Lift carries pull and push up to 50 pounds frequently.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $16.86$25.29.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
