Job Description

The Senior People Operations Partner will be responsible for leading and managing strategic People projects that align with the departments goals. This role will collaborate closely with People leadership and relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key projects and the timely execution of People Cycles (i.e. compensation HRBP etc.)

What you will do:

Strategic Project Leadership:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive HR project plans from conception to completion ensuring they align with departmental goals.
  • Lead and inspire project teams providing direction setting performance benchmarks and encouraging a collaborative work environment.
  • Effectively manage project scope timeline and quality to achieve the desired outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the People leadership and various stakeholders to understand requirements and gain their buy-in.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication ensuring timely updates and cross-team collaboration.

Risk Management and Problem Resolution:

  • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges; devise and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project hurdles and deliver on objectives.

Performance and Quality Assurance:

  • Regularly evaluate project performance and team dynamics making adjustments as necessary to meet project deliverables.
  • Guarantee a high standard of project execution and quality maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a strong background in HR or similar field.

What we would like to see:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing HR system projects and facilitating enterprise-wide HR programs
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical strategic thinking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced dynamic environment.

Pay Transparency Notice

Thats why we implemented role-based compensation which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. Its all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary for this role is $146438 plus equity and benefits.
