Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Band 6 Dietitian to join their team in Beccles providing high-quality nutritional care to clients and patients across the community. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment where the focus is on delivering tailored dietetic interventions particularly for those requiring home enteral feeding. Remote working will be considered for candidates with the right experience and clinical confidence.
What will your responsibilities be:
The role involves delivering comprehensive dietetic assessments and interventions for clients and patients with a range of nutritional needs including those on home feeds. Responsibilities include developing individualised care plans monitoring progress and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals across community and acute settings. The Dietitian will also provide education and support to patients carers and staff ensuring that nutritional care is evidence-based and aligned with current clinical guidelines.
