Job Description
TITLE: Fall Sports and Games Club AdviserSUMMARY: Reporting to the Building Principal the focus of the Fall Sports and Games Club Adviser is on building students athletic abilities but also incorporating positive self-esteem perseverance and other social skills. Meets for twelve (12) weekly sessions during the fall on teamwork understanding how to compete and ensuring rules are and motivate students to be the best they can QUALIFICATIONS:Current member of the Oxford Education DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and/or position oneself to demonstrate ENVIRONMENT:Work is generally performed in a school environment athletic field athletic setting indoors and outdoors. The noise level is usually moderate to loud but occasionally high depending upon student population and activities. Employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The essential duties and responsibilities listed are intended only as an illustration of the type of work that may be performed.
