Do you have a passion for operational leadership strategic development and sustainable forestry We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to take on the role of Director of Terminals leading our woodyards and terminals operations toward a more efficient safe and future-ready supply chain. This is a key leadership role within our Forest Division with significant impact across our regional operations.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director Terminals to lead and develop our Woodyards & Terminals (W&T) operations within the Forest Division. This role is critical in shaping and implementing strategies that ensure qualitative flexible and cost-effective wood supply terminal operations across multiple sites and regions.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Establish and lead a W&T unit according to defined targets & customer needs
- Execute on strategies and business plans
- Lead and develop W&T through common processes routines and tools aiming for the best practices through continuous development
- Lead and serve woodyard superintendents with teams in the daily work
- Look for and utilize synergies between sites units and countries
- To be a member of Forest Operations leadership team
- Monitor market developments and create capacity forecasts
- Develop the supplier field and propose solutions for business needs
- Develop own units safety culture and define and monitor units safety goals
- Drive development together with Operation Development team
You can be based in Sweden Finland or Baltics and will report to Head of Operations.
Who are we looking for
To succeed in this role you bring strong business acumen and a deep understanding of operational efficiency and value chains. You are experienced in leading change and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multi-site operations. Your ability to manage subcontractor networks and supplier relationships effectively ensures flexible and reliable operations.
You are also committed to upholding high standards of safety and sustainability and have demonstrated success in embedding these principles into daily operations. With solid leadership experience you know how to build and develop strong teams enabling performance through clear direction support and collaboration.
