This is a key leadership role within our Forest Division with significant impact across our regional operations.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director Terminals to lead and develop our Woodyards & Terminals (W&T) operations within the Forest Division. This role is critical in shaping and implementing strategies that ensure qualitative flexible and cost-effective wood supply terminal operations across multiple sites and regions.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
You can be based in Sweden Finland or Baltics and will report to Head of Operations.
Who are we looking for
To succeed in this role you bring strong business acumen and a deep understanding of operational efficiency and value chains. You are experienced in leading change and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multi-site operations. Your ability to manage subcontractor networks and supplier relationships effectively ensures flexible and reliable operations.
You are also committed to upholding high standards of safety and sustainability and have demonstrated success in embedding these principles into daily operations. With solid leadership experience you know how to build and develop strong teams enabling performance through clear direction support and collaboration.
