Filorga Belgium is looking for a TEMPORARY Trade Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave. The position is available from July 1st to November 30th and will be responsible for overseeing the companys marketing advertising and promotional activities during this period.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and execute the national Trade Marketing plan.
Manage Trade Marketing budget and initiatives
Ensure the presence and proper execution of point-of-sale campaigns
Implement channel-specific marketing strategies for retailers
Lead trade marketing and customer engagement activities
Lead activation programs to enhance brand visibility
Oversee relationships with social media and PR agencies
Plan and execute key customer and consumer events
Collaborate with procurement sales and finance teams to develop brand plans
Provide monthly updates and monitor market performance
Participate in forecasting in collaboration with the Business Manager and Sales Manager
Support sales teams in creating high-quality materials
Profile required:
Degree in business management economics marketing or related field
Min. 3 years of experience in trade marketing and customer engagement preferably in dermocosmetics - OTC
Communication interpersonal and data analysis skills
Experience in digital marketing and stakeholder management
Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly
Organization attention to detail and sense of priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools
Bilingual French/Dutch professional English required
Track record of significant success in increasing traffic and sales
Team spirit
Data analysis and presentation skills
