The role

We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer Water Infrastructure for immediate start to join our team based in Brisbane initially on a casual basis. Mentored by industry experts you will be working within our Water Infrastructure Asset Management and Condition Assessment team.

This role will offer exposure to assist on significant long-term programs of work with major water utilities within South East Queensland and around Australia.

Suitable applicants will be:

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) with a good academic performance
  • 0 - 3 years in industry
  • An excellent communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary consultancy
  • Keen to develop a long-term career within water infrastructure with an initial focus in asset management and condition assessment
  • Detail-oriented and possess strong analytical thinking skills enabling effective structural degradation modelling and remaining life calculations for various water and wastewater assets
  • A creative thinker who will foster innovative solutions to develop condition assessment test plans using the latest cutting edge technologies
  • Possess excellent IT skills and interest in data management to maintain extract data and update asset registers
  • Current QLD drivers license
