Job Description

We are seeking a bioinformatics analyst to support our in-silico cancer studies based on the generation and analysis of bulk and single cell data including RNAseq ATACseq and Cut&Run. The analyst will be in charge or pre-processing and QC-ing the generated data applying multiple bioinformatics analysis tools for the identification and prioritization of candidate disease-associated molecular features to be validated experimentally. The analyst will also be expected to be well versed on interfacing with public repositories (e.g. cBioPortal TCGA CCLE MSigDB etc.) for the data-driven validation and annotation of molecular features (genes proteins etc.). Finally the analyst will be expected to periodically present at lab meetings and to aid in the writing of scientific publications.

Required Skills

Masters degree with 1-3 years of related experience.
