Position: Heavy Truck Maintenance A Technician & Shop Foreman
Organization:LOTS GROUP USA / Bellwether Forest Products
Location: Camden SC
Reporting to: Fleet Maintenance Director

We own our vehicles employ our own drivers and staff and implement our own digital tools and management systems to work in parallel with our customers. LOTS currently works in 6 countries spanning 3continents. LOTS entered the U.S. market in 2021 through their acquisition of Bellwether Forest Products an integrated timber operation based out of Camden SC. In 2024 LOTS opened a 5-bay heavy truck maintenance shop to service both internal and external fleets in the local area.
Weare currently in searchof one Diesel A Technician who will also serve as a day shift Foreman reporting directly to the Maintenance is an opportunity to grow within a great company and not only expand your skills in this field but exceed your own expectations with career advancement opportunities.
Duties:
This role will be primarily working ontruck repair in our 5-bay shop diagnosing and repairing truck engines systems and components ABS Air Electrical and brake systems and reporting any other issues noted to support operational quality of equipment serviced. Maintenance management software systems will be used so comfort with technology and mobile maintenance computers / diagnostic tools is needed. Experience working with different OEMs is necessary.
For machine repair we operate Tigercat John Deere and Caterpillar machinery. This role will primarily be responsible for in-shop truck maintenance though may be requested to manage mobile technicians performing on road and in-woods maintenance calls to PM service machines fix hydraulic lines and other general machine maintenance to keep our in-woods logging crews operating.
Overall we are looking for a team player willing to work autonomously and help as we continue to develop and grow our maintenance program. If you have attention to detail a strong work ethic a good attitude and love maintaining trucks we want to talk to you!
Prioritization of safe operations in the workshop and working area following Policy and Procedures is expected.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working with multiple OEM brands
- Having a CDL is a Plus
- Must have reliable transportationto and from work
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Requires working on multiple surfaces
- Must have good computer skills andknowledge
- Must havea great workethic
- High school diploma or GEDpreferred not required
- Strong Verbal and communication skills
- Possession of personal tools a plus
