- Full-time appointment on a tenurable basis.
- Base salary range: Level B $113934 $134824 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
- Undertake independent teaching and research in the area of Population and Global Health
- Responsible for unit coordination academic teaching administration research student supervision and undertake public health research with a focus on Aboriginal health.
- Teach contribute to the academic environment of the School of Population & Global Health generally and develop a strong research portfolio.
About you
- Desirable - A Masters degree in an academic field relevant to the discipline or other appropriate professional qualifications is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with flexible and innovative teaching approaches including blended and culturally responsive methods.
- Willingness to supervise research students and support staff development.
- Willingness and/or experience in seeking research funding including for Indigenous-focused or community-based projects.
- Proven ability to work effectively and respectfully with Indigenous students staff and communities with a strong commitment to equity inclusion and cultural safety.
Note: Confirmation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage will be required for the successful applicant prior to appointment.
