About Us
Group IT provides technology strategy governance delivery and support for all of Toll. The team enable Toll with the right technology foundations and business systems to grow the business and support our customer needs.
The Role
Toll Group is in search of a high calibreRegional Service Managerbased in Melbourne or Sydney. In this role you will have the opportunity to deliver IT Operational services to our clients and sites ensuring high-quality reliable and responsive and proactive support. This position involves owning the overall operational IT service delivery for the respective geographies and sites optimising processes and maintaining strong client relationships.
As the Regional Service Manager you will:
Local IT Ownership & Infrastructure Management - Own and manage local IT operational services and onsite infrastructure across sites ensuring accurate site inventories and details are maintained.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the primary contact for site IT matters fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders and ensuring satisfaction.
Service Delivery & Operational Support - Collaborate with IT service owners value stream managers and vendors to support and deliver IT services and demands effectively.
Vendor Oversight & Governance - Provide governance oversight and act as an escalation point for IT service providers and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
Incident & Problem Management - Lead proactive support and resolution of major infrastructure and application incidents to minimise disruptions and enhance service quality.
Reporting & Service Transition - Develop and review reporting mechanisms for service performance and support the transition of new or enhanced services into production.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business or related field or relevant industry experience.
Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience managing IT service delivery within logistics organisations bringing domain-specific insight and operational alignment
Leadership & Communication - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams manage vendors and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
IT Service & Process Management - Deep expertise in IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) governance process optimisation and certifications preferred.
Project & Financial Management - Skilled in project management business case development budgeting and managing matrixed resources.
Infrastructure & End User Technologies - Strong knowledge of infrastructure (compute storage networking datacentres) and end-user technologies like O365 SharePoint MFA mobility and video conferencing.
Cloud & Security Standards - Good understanding of cloud technologies unified communications and compliance with standards such as ISO27001 ISO9001 and ISO20000.
