Job Description
Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing department in daily operations and project coordination. This role bridges the gap between administration and creative execution ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication within the team and with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling meeting coordination and document preparation
Assist in the development and organization of marketing materials presentations and reports
Maintain and update internal databases project files and tracking systems
Coordinate communication between internal departments and external vendors
Support in planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns
Monitor inventory of marketing supplies and reorder as necessary
Perform basic data entry and assist with market research tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field
1 year of administrative or marketing support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Familiarity with marketing processes and terminology is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
