Supplier Governance Senior Manager Salary circa 70000 DOE

A bit about the job:
Youll join our Customer & Marketing (C&M) Governance and Assurance team supporting the senior leadership in ensuring our supplier relationships and internal processes meet Avivas high standards for resilience and compliance. Youll lead governance and assurance activities across our supplier landscape design oversight frameworks and collaborate with teams across the business to embed best practices. Your work will help protect our customers meet regulatory obligations and support Avivas strategic goals.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Strong experience in risk management with specific knowledge of supplier governance or operational resilience.
Good understanding of UK regulatory requirements including outsourcing operational resilience and business continuity.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience preparing reports for senior leadership or board-level review.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead change in a complex fast-paced environment.

Salary circa 70000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
