Drive the Marketing Strategy that helps seniors live well and independently with purpose and impact. We are looking for a commercially minded passionate and strategic Marketing Manager who can lead inspire and deliver impactful marketing that drives growth and transforms lives. This is a unique opportunity to blend purpose with performance leading a team and partnering closely with senior leaders across sales and operations for our Retirement Living portfolio.

Your Role:As the Marketing Manager - Retirement Living youll be a key member of our marketing leadership team responsible for shaping and executing the strategy and supporting the Head of Marketing to drive customer acquisition enhance our digital presence improve customer experience and generate sales inquiriesfor our retirement villages across NSW and ACT. You will lead a team of marketing specialists and work closely with sales operations and external agencies to deliver measurable impact focusing on stakeholder engagement marketing planning lead generation and brand development. Your efforts will contribute to transforming the lives of Australian seniors and their families.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Proven track record in a Marketing Manager role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through day to day tasks as well as change.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive growth sales and customer engagement.
• Strategic thinking problem-solving acumen and adaptability in a dynamic industry landscape.
• Strong experience in utilising data-driven insights for decision-making and optimising marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing agency relationships and external partnerships for successful campaign execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Current Drivers Licence and commitment to occasional travel including interstate.
