People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking Mental Health Practitioners for our Corrections Integrated Support team. This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team providing re-entry services specifically for justice-impacted individuals from initial assessments to integrated release planning pre- and post-release care coordination and access to community supports.
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday regular business hours
Locations: Services are provided in both Anoka County jail and Workhouse as well as in the community primarily in the Anoka County area with a mix of telehealth and in person meetings.
Hiring Range: $24.20 - $26.14 hourly depending on qualifications and work experience Plus $1000 hiring bonus for external candidates
