Columbia Sportswear Finance & Accounting teams overseethefinancial health andforwardstrategy for a portfolio of four global brandsMHWincluded. These teams exercise expertise across Compliance Credit FinancialPlanning andReporting Tax Treasury and Strategy. Advancing traditional Finance & Accounting functions the organization is also driving exciting innovation in the applicationofadvanced analytics andautomatedintelligence.
As theMountainHardwearSr Financial Analyst youllsupport theMountainHardwearbrand working closely with our North American and international commercial subsidiariesas well as all functions within ourMountainHardwearGlobal HQ.Here youll receivebroad exposure to the corporate operations of a multinational corporationandopportunities to collaborate across a wide range of functions and partners through the lens of theMountainHardwearbrand.
You will be a key playerin support of all aspects of financial planning (long-range planningbudgetingand forecasting) and analysis including the preparation and analysis of financial information used by company leadership to help drive profitable and sustainable growth.This role reports directly to the MountainHardwearHead of Global Brand Finance and will be a right hand helping to lead the finance function and the MountainHardwearorganization.

Working side by side with the MountainHardwearteam you will influenceenableand coachyour business partners to make sound business decisions.
Create best in class exception-based analytical and reporting toolsprocessesand ad hoc analyses from multiple (sales channel brand) perspectives with a focus on clear storytelling action-oriented outputand an ongoing drive for continuous improvement
Participate in cross-functional alignment on targeting forecasting reporting and analysis
Prepare weeklymonthlyand quarterly reports for bothMountainHardwearand CSC Management and for cross-functional business partners
Monitor forecasts inventory and marginand provide guidance to improve the accuracy of both short and long-term plansFocuson both Financial and Non-Financial KPIs to ensure strategic decisions are adequately supported through scenario analysis. Through this focus youll identify opportunities and risksand provide actionable recommendations to improve results
YOU ARE
Nimble and detail-oriented ableto work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy

YOU HAVE
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance related field or equivalent
5years experiencefocused onfinancial forecasting budgetingandanalysiswith demonstratedorganizational and communication abilities
Experience understanding existing and developing consumer retail and competitor trends
Experience with visual analytics tools such as Power BIor Tableau and prior experience with enterprise-level planning systems such as IBM Cognos TM1
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) a plus
