As a Solutions Architect you excel in configuring compute storage and networking infrastructure managing virtualization and setting up operating systems databases and platform software. You also create clear deployment instructions and automate processes to support manufacturing and service engineering operations.
You will play an instrumental role in implementing deployment architectures that support our oncology and radiation therapy solutions in hospitals and clinics worldwide. What youll do at Elekta:
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Implement system configurations including compute storage network virtualization and cloud components.
- Develop clear repeatable processes to guide manufacturing and field engineers in system deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for cost reduction efficiency gains and scalability.
- Manage hardware and software infrastructure working with product teams to maintain catalogs and introduce replacements as needed.
- Provide pre-sales and customer support assisting regional teams with infrastructure related escalations.

What you bring:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 5 years experience in system engineering infrastructure architecture or related roles.
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and associated deployment tools (APIs CLI etc.).
- Knowledge of HP and Nvidia hardware cloud architectures (Azure AWS) and virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Deep knowledge of networking storage and security best practices.
- Experience in a regulated environment preferably medical devices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies in a product development setting.
