Were looking for a friendly IT professional to provide technical assistance and build solutions for our ever-growing internal staff. Youll be at the companys front line and will solve technical problems and provide support for several subject areas. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team of subject matter experts systems analysts and developers to build configure and deliver cutting edge solutions to our clients and staff.
What you will do:
- Provide first level support and provide resolutions to user issues
- Track route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Walk users through problem solving processes
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
- Perform Windows 10 & 11 Imaging procedures
- Manage and Deploy iOS and Android Devices
- Provide Remote and Onsite support in all offices
What you will bring:
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Windows 10 & 11 troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Working knowledge of mobile devices laptops and desktops
- Working knowledge of common desktop applications including the most current version of Microsoft Office
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Enrollment in a Computer Science degree program
- A drivers license and good driving record is also required.
